Key Responsibilities:
- Lead End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across all levels of the organization.
- Talent Strategy Development: Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screening & Interviewing: Lead the interview process, ensuring a consistent, effective, and fair approach.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote Agrizy's employer brand to attract top talent. Ensure the company's values, culture, and mission are clearly communicated throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with HRBP, Employee Engagement, and other departments to ensure smooth candidate transitions and successful onboarding processes.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to leadership, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
