Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Job Description :
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements :
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition (introduced in late 2024), including configuration and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Data Cloud integration to enable scalable customer engagement.
- Expertise in advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Unified SMS/WhatsApp conversations, Journey path experimentation, Predictive AI for engagement and frequency optimization, Advanced automation and personalization capabilities.
- Experience with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including supporting migrations from Account Engagement to Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to work independently and autonomously without close supervision.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with precision and scalability in mind.
