Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Architect, guide and support scalable solutions using SFMC modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Translate marketing goals into technical specifications and actionable workflows.
  • Lead integration efforts with CRM systems, data platforms, and third-party platforms.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalization.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and platform security best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 812 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Architect.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign analytics.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and data modeling within SFMC.
  • Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and event tracking across web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau CRM, and CDP platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other similar marketing platforms like Mo Engage is an added advantage.
