About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer who is passionate about creating personalized and data-driven customer journeys. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in email build and development (HTML/CSS), template creation, and end-to-end work across Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Analytics Builder. A good understanding of Einstein AI, SQL-based audience segmentation, and email performance tracking/reporting is essential. Movable Ink or similar dynamic content platform will be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy responsive HTML/CSS email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and maintain template-based emails ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize campaigns using Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Analytics Builder.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries within SFMC for segmentation and personalization.
  • Integrate and leverage Einstein AI capabilities for personalization, predictive content, and send-time optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.) using Salesforce Analytics Builder and reporting tools.
  • Work with Movable Ink or similar dynamic content platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Analytics Builder).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email builds.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and automation tasks.
  • Experience in creating modular email templates and working on template-based campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Einstein AI features (e.g., predictive content, engagement scoring).
  • Experience with Salesforce email tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Movable Ink or similar dynamic content platform.

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge of ActionIQ or similar Customer Data Platform.
  • Knowledge of API integration.
  • Experience with AI in email campaigns (e.g., predictive or generative personalization)
