Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on Salesforce Data Cloud strategies.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Data Cloud solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data integration, modeling, and real-time analytics.
  • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations to promote platform adoption.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Data Cloud and related modules.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 812 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Proven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Expertise in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas), ETL processes, and real-time data orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, customer journey mapping, and data-driven personalization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data and reporting tools like Erwin, Visio, Tableau CRM, MuleSoft, or similar platforms is a plus.
