Overview

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and optimize customer data solutions that unify, activate, and personalize customer experiences. You will play a key role in connecting Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds — driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and automation.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong Salesforce foundation and a growing focus on Data Cloud (formerly CDP/Genie) implementations, data modeling, and identity resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, and Data Actions.
  • Design and maintain data ingestion pipelines (batch and real-time) using APIs, ETL tools, or Mulesoft.
  • Configure Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activation for unified customer profiles.
  • Develop and optimize data models and relationships across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable Customer 360 use cases such as personalization, analytics, and campaign targeting.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with standards like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Use SQL and JSON to manage transformations, queries, and data mapping.
  • Work with Azure DevOps or Git-based pipelines for metadata deployment and CI/CD automation.
  • Troubleshoot data synchronization, matching, and ingestion errors in complex environments.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and end-user enablement materials.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of Salesforce experience, including 1–2 years in Data Cloud (CDP/Genie) implementations.
  • Proven experience across Sales Cloud or Service Cloud for data integration and use-case design.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data modeling for large, relational datasets.
  • Hands-on expertise in Data Cloud setup (Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, Activation).
  • Understanding of identity resolution and data unification techniques.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, ETL tools, or Mulesoft for real-time/batch data flows.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
  • Experience implementing data governance, access control, and privacy policies.
  • Ability to translate business data needs into scalable, technical Data Cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (mandatory or in progress).
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift.
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, or Analytics Cloud for advanced insight generation.
  • Experience in data architecture or data engineering within CRM or customer analytics ecosystems.
  • Prior work on Customer 360 enablement or multi-cloud Salesforce projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹1,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
