Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities: -

  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Maintain proper records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales reports.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and [local language, e.g., Marathi] preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
