**Job Title: Sales Executive**
**Responsibilities: -**
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, client interactions, and sales reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and [local language, e.g., Marathi] preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
