Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs,and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions, showcasing products and engaging potential customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and maintain a cohesive work environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in retail sales, preferably with experience in client-facing roles and event participation.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the US market and cultural nuances.
