We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
International Sales Representative
to expand our business in global markets. This role requires extensive international travel to identify new clients, build strong relationships, close sales deals, and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, cultural adaptability, and a passion for achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and regional trends.
  • Travel across countries to meet prospective and existing clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present, promote, and sell services to international clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed international sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience (international sales preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across multiple countries (70–80% travel).
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse business environments.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional foreign language(s) is an advantage.
