What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking contract IT resources.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client acquisition and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand resource availability and client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Keep track of leads, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or IT staffing sales.
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, outsourcing, or the IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or similar lead generation platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
