Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Product Lead to spearhead the development and management of our Partner Management Systems platform. This role sits at the intersection of product management and technical leadership, focusing on building scalable, API-first platform services that power our growing partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for the Partner Management Systems platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology capabilities.

- Translate complex business rules and partner requirements into scalable, modular platform services leveraging API-first, headless architectures, and microservices.

- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and partner needs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to drive platform innovation and delivery.

- Design and implement workflow and rules engines, commission management systems, and partner training platforms that support dynamic partner interactions.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor product health and partner ecosystem performance.

- Balance competing priorities across business and technical stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and platform scalability.

- Act as a strong communicator and facilitator, aligning stakeholders across the organization on product goals, timelines, and trade-offs.

- Drive compliance and governance considerations into platform design while fostering innovation and agility.

- Champion a platform-first mindset, focusing on long-term scalability, reliability, and user-centric design.

- Thrive in a zero-to-one environment, demonstrating a hands-on, builder mentality to solve problems creatively.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Experience :

years of experience in product management, with at least 3-4 years in technical or platform product roles.

- Prior experience in fintech or working with large partner ecosystems is highly desirable.

Technical Competence :

- Deep understanding of API-first and headless systems, modular architecture, and microservices.

- Experience working with workflow/rules engines, commission systems, or partner training platforms.

- Familiarity with data modeling, reporting tools, and integration frameworks to ensure smooth data flow and analytics capabilities.

Product Skills :

- Proven ability to translate complex, often ambiguous business requirements into clearly defined, scalable platform services.

- Data-driven approach with strong comfort in defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and other performance metrics.

- Excellent prioritization skills to balance and manage competing demands from diverse business and technology stakeholders.
