nimble solutions ("nimble" and f/k/a National Medical) is currently seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to lead our nimble international Human Resources function and team. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers ("ASCs"), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading brand serving a high-growth end market while gaining valuable experience working closely with leadership.

As the Vice President, Human Resources, you will drive the human resources strategy for our international team and partner closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, Managing Director, and the nimble international leadership team. You will oversee and be accountable for all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, team member Engagement, and other projects as needed. This individual should have a proven track record of working with a US-based multinational organization.

What you'll be doing day-to-day...

Strategic Leadership & Advisory

  • Partner with the International Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team to drive people initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers while remaining approachable to all team members
  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies to reduce attrition and attract top talent
  • Meet regularly with International SLT leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance HR programs based on employee data and feedback
  • Ensure nimble compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in India

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, agile India-based HR team
  • Partner with CHRO to establish team KPIs, define roles and responsibilities, and create clear career progression paths
  • Drive team execution and evaluation throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Build team capabilities to effectively serve all business units

Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure optimal staffing levels and organizational structure
  • Position the right people in the right roles with appropriate capacity

Organizational Development

  • Design and communicate career frameworks and progression ladders for India operations
  • Train leaders on conducting effective career development conversations
  • Continuously assess programs and adjust based on effectiveness

Learning & Development

Partner with VP of Marketing & Internal Communications, Operations, and L&D Leader to deliver:      

  • New hire onboarding programs
  • Leadership Academy initiatives
  • Lateral hire integration
  • Continuous learning opportunities

Performance Management

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address performance gaps, talent shortages, and retention risks
  • Coach leaders on addressing performance issues in compliance with local labor laws
  • Lead annual performance review and compensation planning processes with clear project plans, communications, and timelines
  • Equip leaders with tools and talking points for effective performance conversations

Talent Acquisition

  • Execute talent acquisition strategy balancing quality of hire with time-to-fill KPIs, as well as 90/180-day retention
  • Champion employer brand in the market and mobilize leaders and employees as brand ambassadors

Total Rewards & Benefits

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with India market standards
  • Partner with a benefits broker to analyze claims data and optimize program performance
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining market competitiveness

Employee Engagement & Wellness

  • Design and execute employee engagement and wellness programs within budget
  • Analyze program effectiveness through data and employee feedback
  • Report engagement metrics to executive leadership on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes

HR Analytics & Systems Management

  • Analyze and report key people metrics to the US and India leadership teams regularly
  • Identify trends and propose proactive solutions
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in Paylocity HRIS
  • Optimize GreytHR timekeeping system usage
  • Communicate system updates and ensure data accuracy

Communication & Reporting

  • Proactively communicate business updates and HR initiatives to all stakeholders
  • Present people highlights, trends, recognition, and performance metrics to executive leadership and India teams
  • Maintain transparent, consistent communication across all levels

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in most human resources functional areas; 5+ years at the executive level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting 800-2,000 employee base
  • Formal Professional HR certification is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Paylocity HRIS experience preferred
