Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Design and architect scalable and secure Salesforce FSC solutions aligned with client business goals and technical requirements.
  • Lead technical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs.
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of FSC customizations, including data models, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Provide strategic direction on best practices for architecture, data security, and regulatory compliance within the financial services domain.
  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs), technical design documents, and migration strategies for legacy and cloud-native environments.
  • Mentor development teams and coordinate with vendors, business users, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture standards, governance policies, and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, FSC capabilities, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in delivering FSC implementations for financial services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry, including compliance and regulatory considerations
  • Technical expertise in: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
