Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesforce Architect, based on-site in Pune. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day tasks include understanding business requirements, creating technical specifications, providing architectural guidance, developing and deploying Salesforce applications, and ensuring system integration and maintenance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, customization, and configuration
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, apex programming, and Visualforce
  • Proficiency in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teams and stakeholders
  • Salesforce Architect certification is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is a plus
