Hiring for Salesforce Solutions Architect for a reputed Product based MNC who can join within 20 days.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical architectures.
  • Evaluate and recommend custom development approaches.
  • Create architecture blueprints, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
  • Contribute to application development when required.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Integration & Data Strategy

  • Architect integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
  • Define and oversee execution of data migration strategies in collaboration with Data Architects.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
  • Review code and configurations for adherence to design principles.
  • Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and release management.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Document solution designs, technical specifications, and system configurations.
  • Mentor junior architects and developers.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
  • Proficiency with Web Services frameworks/protocols (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect.
  • Experience with multi-cloud implementations and enterprise-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and regulations (PCI, PII, PHI, HIPAA, GDPR, ADA).
