Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analytics professional to join our high-impact analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive product and marketing strategies for a leading global client in the lending domain. You will be applying advanced analytics, experimentation frameworks, and statistical techniques to solve business problems and influence decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end marketing campaign measurement including A/B testing, lift studies, and ROI analysis.
Develop and implement customer segmentation frameworks to enhance targeting and personalization.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior business stakeholders.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Apply statistical techniques (t-tests, regression, sampling, causal inference, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance.
Build interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks using Tableau/BI tools for self-service insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Finance to support strategic initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
58 years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics / Customer Analytics / Campaign Measurement.
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization).
Working knowledge of statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design.
Experience with Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Exposure to Python/R for analytics automation or modeling is a plus.
Strong business communication skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
