Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients, distributors, and partners when required.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the company and showcase products/services.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
- Maintain sales reports, client databases, and regular follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales/marketing is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office-based tasks and fieldwork.
- Requires flexibility in schedule during exhibitions or events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
