About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our on-site team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, strong visual communication skills, and the ability to create appealing visuals for digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their design career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging visuals for social media posts, digital ads, websites, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Create and edit designs using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Support marketing and branding initiatives with high-quality creative assets.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and communication tone.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  • Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print media.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch).
  • Familiarity with regional languages (Hindi/Marathi) for local campaigns.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
