Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process

  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

  • Assist with job posting and advertising processes

  • Execute full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assignment round, selection, offer documentation, and more

  • Participate in college placements and recruiting sessions

  • Assist in maintaining weekly hiring reports and trackers

  • Conduct reference checks and regular candidate check-ins

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree in HR preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
