Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
  • Handle accounts receivable & payable, invoice preparation, and vendor payments.
  • Bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and journal entries.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance working.
  • Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist in financial reports, MIS preparation, and audits.
  • Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts and finance operations.
  • Freshers with strong academic background and accounting knowledge may also apply.

Compensation:

Base Salary: Competitive, experience-based.

Additional benefits as per company policy.
