Social Media Marketing Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality content is posted regularly.
  • Develop and implement content strategies across social media, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities and campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Manage incoming leads by filtering and prioritizing them, and follow up accordingly
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to ensure timely engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between the Managing Director and clients.
  • Engage directly with customers and clients via social media and other communication platforms.
  • Offer suggestions for improving customer experience on digital platforms and streamlining internal marketing processes.
  • Learn and utilize internal tools and software systems relevant to marketing and communication.
  • Manage email campaigns, advertisements, and promotions to drive brand awareness.
  • Create SEO-optimized blogs for the company website to enhance online visibility.
  • SMM ad management, performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
