Job Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and people-oriented individual to manage our website presence and provide exceptional customer service across channels. This dual role is perfect for someone who understands fashion trends, loves engaging with online communities, and can handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

1. Review and cross-check the product colours from the original product against the final edited images to ensure true-to-life colour representation before publication.

2. Accurately upload final product images, along with relevant details, onto the website, ensuring consistency and correctness across listings.

3. Manage website uploads and ensure that all details are consistently updated.

4. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.

Customer Service :

1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp chat & phone calls.

2. Assist with order tracking, returns/exchanges, and all product enquiries.

3. Document recurring customer issues and report insights to the operations and product teams.

4. Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented tone at all times.

5. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all customer concerns.

Social Media & Website Product Photoshoots:

1. Assist during social media and website product shoots — helping with styling, maintaining schedules, and providing accurate product details to the social media team.

2. Help maintain an organised archive of photos, videos and related content.

Requirements:

1. 5 to 8 years of experience in social media, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in fashion).

2. Strong written communication skills with a keen sense of brand voice.

3. Familiarity with online website management tools.

4. Experience with customer service platforms.

5. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Working days & Timings - Monday to Saturday & 9.45am to 6.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
