We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Handle performance management, appraisal systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances professionally.
  • Support management in manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in HR Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
