Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, and the overall wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, treatment areas, and public spaces.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate with management for inventory needs.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on standards and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping (preferably in hotels, resorts, or wellness centres).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Good communication and guest service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a heritage/wellness hospitality environment.
