Job Description Role Overview: As a Housekeeping GSA, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Your primary goal will be to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing them with clean and well-maintained facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per the hotel standards - Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms and public spaces - Ensure that all trash is properly disposed of - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor - Assist guests with any housekeeping-related requests or inquiries Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects - Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction - Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment,
