Job Title: Quality & R&D Manager –

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & R&D Manager to lead product innovation and quality assurance for our nutritional and dietary product line. The ideal candidate will combine strong R&D expertise with regulatory knowledge to ensure safe, effective, and compliant product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead research and development of new nutritional and dietary products from concept to commercialization.
  • Oversee quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct ingredient research, formulation trials, and product stability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on labeling, claims substantiation, and product documentation.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs in product safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on scientific advancements, nutritional trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Manage vendor qualification, raw material evaluation, and supplier audits.
  • Guide and mentor R&D and quality teams to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Food Science, Nutrition, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in R&D and quality management within the nutritional/dietary industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in product formulation, innovation, and scale-up processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to balance scientific rigor with market and consumer needs.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
