Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Executive to manage and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process for PEB projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or steel fabrication industry, particularly with PEB systems, and will play a key role in preparing competitive and technically sound bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project-related materials.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate technical and commercial bids in coordination with the engineering and estimation teams.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on architectural and structural drawings.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive material and subcontractor quotations.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders with all necessary documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailor-made proposals.
  • Maintain and update a database of suppliers, price lists, and previous tenders.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and clarifications as required.
  • Track tender results and provide analysis on won/lost bids to improve future submissions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in tendering/estimation within the PEB or structural steel industry.
  • Strong understanding of PEB systems, fabrication, and erection processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software/tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with government tenders and e-procurement portals.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the steel structures segment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
