About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary
General Manager
to lead operations across our growing hospital network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-location hospital units and bring strategic leadership experience at the top management level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across 5+ hospital territories.
  • Standardize protocols, practices, and ensure high-quality patient care across branches.
  • Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation across hospitals.
  • Implement SOPs, compliance, and accreditation (NABH/JCI/ISO) processes.
  • Build and mentor a strong leadership team at each unit.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve operational challenges proactively.
  • Enhance patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and community impact.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in managing a hospital branch network (minimum 5 locations).
  • Proven leadership at the
    top management level
    in healthcare/hospital sector.
  • Strong skills in operations, finance, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Hands-on problem solver with experience managing complex healthcare operations.
