Job Summary:

The General Manager – Business Development will be responsible for leading the organization's growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue generation strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in business development processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Industry knowledge (specific to [your sector, e.g., IT, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, etc.]) is an advantage.
