Role Description

We are hiring a
General Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
for our Ernakulam office.

The General Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the
day-to-day operations
of the firm and ensuring smooth functioning across teams. This role requires leadership, innovation, and the ability to manage multiple verticals including
marketing, client relationships, compliance management, and operations
.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee
  daily operations
  and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead and manage staff
  , ensuring productivity, motivation, and team growth.
• Develop and execute
  business strategies
  to drive client acquisition and firm growth.
• Handle
  client relationship management
  , ensuring timely communication and superior client satisfaction.
• Implement effective
  digital marketing strategies
  and leverage
  social media
  to build brand presence.
• Plan and monitor
  marketing campaigns
  , networking activities, and collaborations.
• Ensure
  regulatory compliance
  across services offered by the firm.
• Introduce and monitor
  policies and procedures
  for improving operational efficiency.
• Act as the central liaison between clients, management, and staff.
• Contribute to the
  upliftment of the firm
  through innovative strategies and effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
  .
• Core Skills Required:

  with the ability to manage and retain client relationships.
• Good

• Experience:
  Freshers are welcome. Candidates with academic knowledge or project exposure in
