About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media buying, customer funnels, ad analytics, and a passion for driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.

Manage budgets, bids, and ad creatives to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Continuously monitor, test, and improve campaign performance based on key KPIs (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.).

Create and manage campaigns for different objectives – awareness, consideration, and conversions.

Coordinate with design/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Run A/B tests to identify best-performing strategies for creatives, targeting, and placements.

Analyze data and generate insights to guide marketing decisions and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.

Monitor competitor activity and stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
