Deputy Manager - Supply Chain Solution Design
  • ing advanced analytical techniques
  • Continuously churn out POCs and build project pipelines for the team

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Experience requirement:

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering or similar
  • 8+ years' experience in advanced analytics and business intelligence in supply chain domain
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building simulation models (discrete / agent based), scenario cockpits and predictive models in the areas of inventory, transportation, and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with simulation libraries like SimPy or similar
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python
  • Proficient with BI software (preferably Power BI)
  • Ability to communicate complex processes and ideas in easily digestible ways to any level of the organization

Good to have:

  • Master's degree in data science or other quantitative fields (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with solution packaging using PowerApps or other similar platforms
  • Experience with platforms like Databricks / Microsoft Fabric
