Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. The intern will support day-to-day administrative operations, assist in organizing company records, handle internal communications, and contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, physical mail)
  • Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Support HR/admin team with onboarding paperwork and scheduling interviews
  • Organize and update company databases and internal records
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings and events
  • Perform research or prepare reports as requested by supervisors
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
