The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and lead the development of next-generation AI-first products and solutions. In this role, you'll architect enterprise-grade systems using modern LLMs, machine learning frameworks, and full-stack technologies across public and private cloud infrastructures.

What You'll Do

Architecture & Ownership

• Design and architect end-to-end AI-powered products and applications from concept to deployment
• Own technical architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at enterprise scale
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Define and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and development best practices

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI/ML implementation, full-stack development, and cloud-native architectures
• Lead code reviews and establish coding standards that ensure maintainability and quality
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and frameworks

Hands-On Development

• Build scalable, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless system integration
• Develop production-ready code that is reusable, testable, and performant
• Implement AI/ML models and LLM integrations in real-world applications
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance

Security & Compliance

• Design systems that comply with data security standards, including GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience: 6-10 years in software development with at least 2-3 years in architecture or senior technical roles

Technical Expertise

• AI/ML: Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
• Backend Development: Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Databases: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other database technologies
• API Design: Demonstrated expertise in RESTful and GraphQL API architecture and implementation
• Security: Deep understanding of data security standards and compliance requirements (GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and modern development workflows
