Software Architect (Telecom – Golang, RAN and )

Location
– Bangalore, India (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for talented software engineers and architects to join our team working on cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be working in an agile team, involved in developing high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the system architecture for RAN performance monitoring solutions.
  • Lead design of scalable, high-performance backend systems in Golang.
  • Oversee frontend architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Guide technical direction, best practices, and technology choices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business and technical goals.
  • Mentor senior and junior developers.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong background in telecom, RAN KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices.
  • Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
