Role & responsibilities

1) Preparation of AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts in AUTOCAD

2) Preparation of HVAC Equipment, Chiller, Pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF, Ventilations fans etc. layout, Valve station, and space planning, plant room drawings etc in AUTOCAD

3) Preparation of piping layout with sizes (for Chilled water, Hot water, Condenser water, Refrigerant piping ,VRF piping etc.) in AUTOCAD

4) Preparation of Measurement Sheet of ducting, piping, valves, HVAC Equipment Summary in Excel

5)Preparation of fire sprinkler layouts, PAS, CCTV & FAS in AUTOCAD

6) Preparation of Drawing Co-ordination of with Other Services (Plumbing, Fire Fighting Electrical) for clash free drawing with respect to false ceiling height in AUTOCAD

7) Preparation of BOQ for HVAC & Fire Fighting services

8) Qualification required minimum ITI/Diploma
