About the role:

The Design Executive / Draftsman will be responsible for the end-to-end design management and supporting execution of cloud kitchens. Preparing detailed drawings of sites which include civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC & equipment layouts. Drive approval from stakeholders & coordinating with MEP/HVAC vendors & site to ensure smooth on-ground execution. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise, a deep understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and with desired quality .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft detailed kitchen layouts, MEP and HVAC drawings as per project and operational requirements
  • Conduct site feasibility studies and prepare reports for new kitchen locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for design alignment and execution.
  • Track and monitor project progress, timelines, and quality during on-site execution.
  • Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOQs, and revision logs.
  • Support design standardization and help optimize layouts for operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelors in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in drafting or project coordination (F&B, kitchen, or commercial fit-out experience preferred).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of MEP and HVAC coordination.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to sites when required.
