We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager to manage online and offline customer interactions, drive sales, and ensure a superior buying experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships while achieving sales goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers via chat, calls, and email, providing detailed product information and support throughout the sales process.
- Influence and sell jewelry products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Address customer queries promptly and ensure timely responses for a seamless experience.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support customer retention by offering personalized assistance and building trust.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Work efficiently on ERP systems, Magento, and CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
