Role Overview:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, and management of residential and commercial project facilities. The role requires hands-on supervision, vendor coordination, and proactive upkeep of the property to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility-related services.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards.

  • Handle tenant/resident queries and complaints related to facility issues.

  • Prepare and monitor facility budgets and maintenance schedules.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of facility operations.

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, AMC contracts, and consumables.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Facilities/Property Management preferred.

  • 8 years of relevant experience in real estate, facility, or property management.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, housekeeping protocols, and vendor management.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
