Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar O&M Engineer located in Maharashtra, India. The Solar O&M Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, which include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and managing the maintenance activities of solar energy facilities. The role also involves ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of electrical systems and equipment in solar installations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Maintenance Management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India
