Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Provide technical support to employees for all IT-related problems (both onsite and remote).
  • Manage installation and upgrades of software, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure timely backup and recovery of critical data.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and keep records updated.
  • Ensure IT security protocols, antivirus, and firewall settings are properly implemented.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
  • Support new system rollouts, ERP/software integration, and IT projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience as IT Technician / Engineer / Support Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Email configuration, and cloud-based tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
