Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Milestone VMS Engineer. This on-site role is located in South Delhi. The Milestone VMS Engineer will be responsible for the technical management, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VMS (Video Management System) installations. Day-to-day tasks also include working closely with clients to provide technical support, conducting system updates, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities within the VMS framework.
Qualifications
- Experience in VMS installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical support and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with network and server infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications and experience in Milestone systems and technologies are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
