  • you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AVEVA software solutions.
  • responsible for providing timely and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful software usage.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues related to AVEVA software products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Assist customers in the installation, configuration, and deployment of AVEVA software solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide training sessions to customers on the use and best practices of AVEVA software products.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and new features to deliver accurate and relevant information.
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and work with the development team to enhance product quality.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline support operations.
