Job Opening: Technical Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project Coordinator who can effectively manage client communications and coordinate project delivery across modern tech stacks such as MEAN, MERN, AI/ML, and Blockchain. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, cross-functional engineering teams, and management — ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Manage client communication for updates, scope discussions, requirement clarifications, and change requests.
  • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams working on MERN, MEAN, AI/ML, and Blockchain projects.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and actionable tasks for the technical team.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and status review meetings following Agile methodology.
  • Track project milestones, maintain detailed project documentation, and provide weekly status reports.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies — propose solutions proactively.
  • Maintain project management dashboards and ensure task tracking with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or Trello.
  • Ensure smooth delivery handover, client training (if required), and proper UAT management.
  • Build a strong relationship with clients by delivering a responsive and professional experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Execution in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of MEAN/MERN stack development lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML and Blockchain technology workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in task tracking and Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello).
  • Ability to create BRDs, SRS, user stories, flowcharts, and project documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder and client handling abilities.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to software development architecture and technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of testing processes or basic QA validation.
  • Experience managing SaaS, enterprise web, or mobile app projects.
  • Prior involvement in project estimations and resource planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
