We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of BRD, FRD, HRD documentation and familiarity with project management tools. You will support our project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering IT projects efficiently.

  • Assist in preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and HRD (High-Level Requirement Document).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure progress and timely updates.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports.
  • Assist in client communication, requirement gathering, and meeting coordination.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Support in quality checks before delivery when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT project coordination experience.
  • Good understanding of BRD, FRD, HRD preparation.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp or similar).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and IT project processes.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in IT service-based companies.
  • Basic technical understanding of web or app development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
