Project Coordinator / Scrum Master

Location: Mohali

Experience Required: 2–5 years

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between technical, design, and business teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as per Scrum framework.
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Manage communication between internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify project risks and bottlenecks and proactively work on mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
  • Handle project escalations effectively and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or as a Scrum Master.
  • Prior experience managing e-commerce projects is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
