We are Hiring Director / Sr. Director – Capital Markets
Experience: 8 to 17 Years (Minimum 15+ years preferred for Sr. Director role)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by sourcing and closing Land Disposition Transactions across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon.
- Manage capital raising transactions and land monetization structures for real estate developers.
- Secure mandates for land disposition and capital raising opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end transaction process in coordination with the Mumbai Capital Markets Team.
- Build, manage, and expand databases of developers, landowners, and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Tier-2 and Tier-3 developers.
- Drive business growth by achieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and close complex real estate transactions.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Capital Markets, Land Transactions, and Capital Raising within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record in Land Disposition and Capital Raising for developers.
- In-depth knowledge of Development Control Regulations (DCR) and financial products such as Construction Finance, Structured Finance, and Refinance.
- Strong understanding of land stock and market trends in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon.
- Established relationships with real estate developers, investors, and institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently source, evaluate, and execute large-scale real estate transactions.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA, CA, or CFA from a reputed institution with strong academic background.
Preferred Industry Background
- Candidates currently or previously associated with Real Estate Investment Banking Firms or International Property Consultancies (IPCs) specializing in Land and Capital Markets transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500, ₹3,200,000.00 per year
