We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Controller to join our team at Sayaji Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and control food and beverage inventory, supplies, and costs.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales, receipts, and inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
