Role Description

  • Developing and Implementing Quality Control Systems, Conducting Quality Audits,

Monitoring Product Quality, Managing Documentation, Promoting Quality and Food Safety, Ensuring Regulatory Compliance, Investigating Quality Issues.

  • Daily reporting of Quality KPI, Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place, Responsible for GMP and GHP, CCP, PRP, OPRP in the unit.
  • Responsible for executing Traceability and recall data requirement, Ensuring Hygiene through-out the plant and personal hygiene.
  • Should have good knowledge and responsible for preparing functional and system SOP, Planning and monitoring of day-to-day activities of the Physical and chemical sections of Quality Control.
  • Monitor the lab with respect to adherence to GLP and review of various documents like SOP s, specifications, method of analysis and the day to day analytical data.
  • Responsible for sampling, analysis and release of raw material, Packaging materials, in process Semi-finished samples, finished products etc.
  • Working seamlessly with marketing, sales, manufacturing and procurement team to meet, translate and evaluate the consumer needs into winning products of the highest quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's / Bachelor's in Food Technology.
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in food industry and good knowledge of HACCP, quality concepts and technical knowledge in food processing is an advantage.
